PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color chemical toner having high coloring power and realizing a printed image showing a sharp hue, and to provide a pigment dispersion material for producing a color chemical toner by a dissolution suspension method, an emulsification dispersion method, a suspension granulation method or a phase transition emulsification method. SOLUTION: The composite color particle powder for a pigment dispersion material to be used for a chemical toner comprises composite color particles containing a component of achromatic inorganic fine particles having 10 to 50 nm average primary particle diameter and a component of color pigment particles. The pigment dispersion material for a chemical toner comprises achromatic inorganic fine particles and color pigment particles dispersed in an organic solvent, wherein the average dispersion particle diameter of the solid component in the pigment dispersion material is 20 to 100 nm.
