PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone exchange system in which a user is capable of freely changing service control information of the telephone exchange system and further, facility configuration of a communication provider is simplified. SOLUTION: In a communication provider side telephone exchange system including a call connecting part and a service control part capable of communicating with an information terminal device of a user, the service control part accesses an information terminal device of a second user based on a request from an information terminal device of a first user, acquires one or more telephone numbers from telephone directory information for the first user stored in the information terminal device of the second user, transmits the acquired telephone numbers to the information terminal device of the first user and if the information terminal device of the first user selects one of the transmitted one or more telephone numbers, the call connecting part is controlled to control call origination from a telephone facility of the first user or from the information terminal device of the first user to the selected telephone number.
