PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a station to which a channel is selected at present, is hard to know in comparison with tuning of preset type television or radio, or it is necessary to press an up/down key multiple times for tuning. SOLUTION: A plurality of straight line grooves 5 are longitudinally and laterally constituted on a surface of a casing 2. In each of crossings 3 of these grooves, a concave 4 having the approximately same curvature as a part of a sphere for joining a detection body 1 is constituted. Further, in each of the crossings 3, a sensor is laid for recognizing presence of the detection body. Preset broadcasting stations are set to these crossings 3. When a user wants to tune a desired broadcasting station, the detection body 1 joins a crossing 3 where the desired broadcasting station is preset, thereby tuning the desired broadcasting station.
