PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure and to miniaturize the whole in an automatic vending machine which sells an article or the like by storing a character item in a capsule made of plastic. SOLUTION: The automatic vending machine is provided with a cabinet 11 on an upper part of which a storage part 12 in which a plurality of articles 1 are stored is provided, on the lower part of which an ejection path 28 of the articles connected with an outlet 15 of the article 1 is provided, a supporter 21 which is connected with a shaft 17a of a coin meck mechanism 17 which holds the article 1 in the storage part 12 to be rotated and a movable board 22 which is inclined and provided so that one end part of the supporter 21 comes to the lower side and in which the one end part is supported by an opening part 23 of the supporter 21 on the lower side of the storage part 12. In the automatic vending machine 10, the opening part 23 of the supporter 21 faces the storage part 12 at a standby state and the article 1 is held by a supporter 24. When a handle 16b of the coin meck mechanism 17 is rotated, the article 1 is ejected from the outlet 15 by rotation of the supporter 21 and facing of the opening part 23 to the ejection path 28. The movable board is rotated in conjunction with the rotation of the supporter 21, the article 1 in the storage part 12 is oscillated and the next article 1 is surely held by the supporter 21.
