PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized high-performance image pickup lens which is constituted of only three lenses being three sheets and an image pickup module equipped with the same. SOLUTION: In the image pickup lens, a diaphragm 111, a meniscus-shaped 1st lens 112 which has positive power(refractive power), and which is convex to the object side, a meniscus-shaped 2nd lens 113 which has negative power and which is convex to the object side and a meniscus-shaped 3rd lens 114 which is convex to the object side are arranged in the order from the object side. In the image pickup module, a shutter 12 is arranged at the object side of the 1st lens 112 and the 1st lens 112, the 2nd lens and the 3rd lens are constituted so that each lens has at least an aspherical surface in one surface.
