PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish fine appearance by fitting fast a tray in a back face opening of a seat back and subjecting the skin in the area with opening to a terminating process. SOLUTION: A forward tilting seat back used in a folding seat is equipped with a trim plate 14 having an opening 28 in the central part and fixed to the rear surface 20 of a seat back frame 11 so as to cover approximately the whole rear surface of the seat back frame 11, a seat back pad 12 mounted on the seat back frame 11 and covering the rear surface 27 of the trim plate 14, a sack-form skin 13 having an opening 23 mating with the opening 28 in the trim plate 14, sewing a hook 25 on the opening edge 24, and consolidating the seat back pad 12 with the inside so as to fasten the opening edge 24 to the opening edge 29 of the trim plate 14 by the hook 25, and the tray 15 to be fitted from the rear surface to the opening 23 in the sack-form skin 13, blocking the opening 23 in the skin 13, and fixed at least to the trim plate 14.
