PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and smoothly perform rotational operation of an operation member with a simple and inexpensive constitution, in an installation structure of a ring-shaped operation member of a storage body used in response to the rotational operation of the ring-shaped operation member. SOLUTION: In this installation structure of the ring-shaped operation member, the ring-shaped operation member 20 is relatively rotatably arranged around an opening of an upper surface opening part 11 of a cup holder 10 capable of storing a predetermined article. At least three circular arc-shaped grooves 41b are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction in its abutting surface part in at least either the ring-shaped operation member 20 or the cup holder 10. Balls for rolling in the grooves 41b in response to the rotational operation of the operation member 20, are arranged in the respective grooves 41b in a rollable state, to rotatably support the operation member 20.
