PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding method and injection molding equipment, which enable a molded article to be taken out without being deformed. SOLUTION: The injection molding equipment is equipped with a first knockout pin 11 which is thrust out toward a first resin part 4a, a second knockout pin 12 which is thrust out toward a second resin part 4b, and a knockout plate 14 which keeps the first knockout pin 11 and the second knockout pin 12 protrusively provided and which can be freely pushed out in a knockout direction: a base part of the first knockout pin 11 is slidably housed in such a manner that a predetermined gap A is provided on the side opposite to the knockout direction with respect to the knockout plate 14, and a base part of the second knockout pin 12 is provided in the state of being fixed to the knockout plate 14. The second knockout pin 12 is thrust out toward the second resin part 4b concurrently with the extrusion of the knockout plate 14; the first knockout pin 11 starts to thrust out toward the first resin part 4a in such a manner as to lag behind the extrusion of the knockout plate 14 by a predetermined time; and the first knockout pin and the second resin knockout pin almost simultaneously knock out the molded article.
