摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a liquid phase diffusion welded metal-made precision machine component having a complicated and precise conduit inside thereof. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the metal-made precision machine component having a conduit opened outside and/or a closed conduit which is not opened outside, the component is divided into a plurality of segments at an arbitrary surface in the axial direction of the conduit, and has an arbitrary outline shape including the joining surface. The component holding an amorphous alloy foil for joining containing 1-10 atom.% V at the division surface is subjected to the liquid phase diffusion welding in the oxidizing atmosphere containing≥0.01 mass % O. The outline shape of the amorphous alloy foil for joining is rectangular or elliptical.
