PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the oil stirring resistance in a bearing device to support a pinion shaft of a differential gear device. SOLUTION: In a double row ball bearing 7 on a pinion gear 4 side, an annular part 75 is provided on an outer ring shaft end side close to balls 73 in the row on the pinion gear 4 side, and the balls 73 are concealed between an inner ring 72 and the annular part.
