<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring member, a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus capable of stably outputting an image of high image quality by preventing the reduction of density at the end part of the image. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet member 9c is stuck on the substrate 9b of an agitator 9, and slits 9d and 9d are formed in both axial end parts of a rotating shaft 9a so as to reduce the rigidity of the end part lower than that of the center part. In the case of rotating the agitator in the toner, the end part S with the slit 9d formed of the sheet member 9c is bent larger than the center part C, consequently, the carried toner quantity at the end part S where the toner is easily packed due to the poor movement of the toner is further reduced, then, the circulation of the toner is not interrupted, and then, the toner is hardly packed at the end part S. Thus, in the case a plenty of toner exists in the toner hopper 8, the toner is carried while preventing the toner from being packed near the end part of a replenishing opening part, on the other hand, in the case a small quantity of toner exists in the hopper, the toner is thoroughly carried so as to prevent the reduction of the image density, then, the image of high quality is stably outputted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
