RECOMBINANT DNA FOR PREVENTING AND TREATING URINARY TRACT INFECTION, PLASMID, TRANSFORMED MICROORGANISM AND PROTEIN FOR ORAL VACCINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a recombinant DNA prepared by combining a gene coding for an epitope of Esherichia coli (E. coli) with CTXA2B gene of Vibrio cholerae or LTXA2B gene of E. coli, an expression plasmid containing the recombinant DNA, a microorganism transformed with the expression plasmid and a protein for a vaccine against urinary tract infection E. coli produced by the transformed microorganism.

SOLUTION: The protein used as the vaccine against urinary tract infection E. coli is produced by recombining the gene coding for the epitope of urinary tract infection E. coli with the nontoxic toxin gene CTXA2B of vibrio cholerae or the nontoxic toxin gene LTXA2B of E. coli increasing mucosal immune effects and acting as an auxiliary immune agent, expressing the recombinant gene in E. coli and isolating and purifying the product.
