PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a power distribution member precisely for an annular stator group. SOLUTION: A stator segment 41 is constituted by winding a stator coil 44 around the bobbin portion of an insulated bobbin 43 fitted over teeth of a split core 42, an annular stator group is constituted by arranging a plurality of the stator segments 41 and then press-fitted to a stator holder, thus obtaining a stator. The insulated bobbin 43 has a power distribution wall 46 forming a power distribution space 51 by extending from the bobbin portion to the yoke 42b side of the split core 42. The power distribution wall 46 is formed with an engaging recess 50 for positioning an annular power distribution member contained in the power distribution space 51 in the circumferential direction.
