PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently perform management of drawings for production arrangement. SOLUTION: An image data management part 13 stocks a plurality of pieces of image data as original drawings of a drawing for production arrangement and an attribute information management part 12 manages the latest authentication information indicating that the image data is authenticated as the original drawings for every piece of image data. Then, a processing part 15, when an offer of borrowing of a specific piece of image data is accepted from a terminal 50 for user, adds the latest piece of authentication information corresponding to the offered image data to the image data by referring to the attribute information management part 12 and the image data management part 13 and delivers the image data to which the authentication information is added to the terminal 50 for user.
