PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that overhead occurs if a management object is large in a table management retrieving the use and non-use by providing use and non-use display areas on a table. SOLUTION: This table comprises a minimum empty record area for writing a minimum empty code number; a pre-link record area and a post-link record area for writing link information before and after use; a use final record area for writing a final record number used; and the use display area displaying the presence of a using state of records.
