PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program allowing continuous identification that a computer is the same computer as a computer before update, on the basis of identification data after the update even when the computer of a communication destination identified on the basis of the identification data updates the identification data. SOLUTION: A client device 12_1 transmits hash data of agent data showing an attribute of a user to a server device 10. The server device 10 identifies the client device 12_1 on the basis of the hash data. The agent data are updated according to operation of the user of the client device 12_1 under a prescribed condition, and the hash data are also updated according thereto.
