PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator having improved user-friendliness while saving power consumption. SOLUTION: The refrigerator comprises a storage chamber 2 arranged in a body 6 for storing stored articles, an open/closed door 12 supported by the body 6 for opening/closing the storage chamber 2, a window 9 provided in the open/closed door 12 visibly through the storage chamber 2, a rotatable turn table 7 arranged in the storage chamber 2 for the stored articles to be placed thereon, and an operation panel 11 for instructing the turn table 7 to be rotated in the closed state of the open/closed door 12.
