摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a hole to communicate an outer circumferential part of a flange with an outer circumferential part of a shaft in the flange of a dynamic fluid bearing device. SOLUTION: A groove in the radial direction is formed in each surface of two flange halves, and a longitudinal groove communicated with the groove is formed in the inner circumference of each flange half. A path to communicate the outer circumference of the flange with the outer circumference of the shaft is formed by joining the two flange halves with each other and mounting them on the shaft while the grooves of the two flange halves face each other. The sectional shape of the grooves may be arbitrary such as semi-circular, triangular, and rectangular.
