PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of a vehicle cooling an accumulating mechanism while suppressing sound of a cooling fan. SOLUTION: An A/C_ECU executes a program including steps of: detecting the temperature in the cabin and the operation state of a switch (S200); determining the number B of A/C fan driving stages (S202) based on the temperature in the cabin and the operation state of the switch; and increasing the number B of A/C fan driving stages (S206) when up-flag of the number of A/C fan driving stages is received (YES in S204).
