PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability of a device itself by reducing traveling resistance, to use an electric motor of low torque and to realize low cost, miniaturization and light weight of the device itself. SOLUTION: Respective unit members of respective conveyor chain members for supporting and conveying an object to be conveyed are constituted by a support plate in which a direction perpendicular to conveying one comprises at least support surface width; side pivot support parts provided so as to extend to one side of a conveying direction with a predetermined gap relative to the direction perpendicular to conveying one at both sides of the direction perpendicular to conveying one of a lower surface of the support plate respectively; a central pivot support part provided so as to extend to the other side of the conveying direction with a predetermined gap in the direction perpendicular to conveying one at a central part in the direction perpendicular to conveying one of the lower surface of the support plate and be positioned between the respective side pivot support parts in the adjacent unit member; and rolling members pivotally supported respectively so as to roll on the support surface in the central pivot support part positioned between the respective side pivot support parts when the side pivot support parts and the unit member are arranged adjacent to each other.
