PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle information providing device for making displayed information easy to be seen by reducing unnatural feeling and unpleasant feeling felt by an occupant watching the displayed information. SOLUTION: A control part 105 calculates moving amount of a pitch direction (vertical direction) of an image display part 107 and displacement amount for displacing a display position of a displayed entertainment image in the pitch direction to cancel movement of a displayed image caused by a change of relative displacement between a screen and eyeballs of the occupant. The control part 105 calculates deformation amount to provide a margin (deform the entertainment image) by cutting upper and lower parts of the entertainment image by prescribed amount to displace the entertainment image. By displacing the entertainment image in the range of the margin, the entertainment image after the image displacement is prevented from immediately deviating from a screen frame and easiness to be seen of the entertainment image is not impaired for the occupant.
