PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a price tag holder capable of orienting a price tag inserted in a card holder in a direction easily viewed by people at all times without depending on the mounting position of a hook hanger for displacing commercial goods. SOLUTION: The price tag holder 1 mounted to the hook hanger is provided with a supporting member 2 fixed to a tip part of the hook hanger; an oscillating member 3 mounted to the supporting member 2 in such a way as to be oscillated from side to side; a base member 4 mounted to the oscillating member 3; and the card holder 5 superposed on the surface of the base member 4. Protrusion parts 6 and 6 are horizontally formed in both right and left edges of the base member 4. The card holder 5 has arm members 7 and 7. A long hole 8 in which the protrusion part 6 is fitted and the card holder 5 is drawn from a superposed state so as to be vertically oscillated is formed in the arm member 7. Male and male and/or male and female fastening mechanisms 9 are provided at position at which the card holder 5 is vertically oscillated and comes close to the base member 4.
