<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although a conventional self-running type vacuum cleaner has been able to sense obstacles on the surroundings, a step existing in the advancing direction has not been able to be sensed, and when the sensing of a step is required, the arrangement of a sensor has been necessary. <P>SOLUTION: This self-running type vacuum cleaner has a plurality of camera elements of which the angles of visibility are different from each other, and at the same time, which are arranged in a manner to make the angles of elevation different. A controlling means makes a main body face a sensed human body from the sensing result of a human body sensor which senses the existence/absence of a human body around the main body. Then, the controlling means inputs photographed images by photographing images by a plurality of respective cameras, and the photographed images are output by a specified method. Thus, the constitution or the operation time for zooming or focusing become unnecessary, and a photographing error can be prevented with a simple constitution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
