<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of problems on chemical conversion, coating adhesion or the like in the case a cold rolled steel sheet positively comprising an easily oxidizable component(s) is produced using a gas cooling type continuous annealing furnace. <P>SOLUTION: A cold rolled steel sheet comprising one or more metals selected from ≥0.2% Si, ≥0.50% Mn, ≥0.02% P, ≥0.25% Al, ≥0.2% Cr and ≥5 ppm B is annealed in a gas cooling type continuous annealing furnace, is thereafter pickled, and is further subjected to Ni plating treatment or Co plating treatment. It is sufficient that the pickling is performed under moderate conditions satisfying a temperature of 70 to 90°C and an immersing time of 2 to 20 s using a pickling bath with a concentration of 2 to 10%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
