<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device having a simple configuration, which is reduced in the overall size, and configured so as to improve light convergent and heat dissipating efficiencies, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same, and a luminescence system which uses the same. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 100 comprises a light-emitting element 10, having a first electrode 17 and a second electrode 18; and a semiconductor member 21 on the principal surface of which a cavity 20 is formed, and the light-emitting element 10 mounted inside the cavity 20, and which is electrically connected to the light-emitting element 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
