PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately execute another process when an application issues an access request to a device through a driver.

SOLUTION: This data processor has: an IC memory 12 executing a prescribed process such as an encryption process or a decryption process; the application performing a process using the IC memory 12; a handler 14 for the IC memory executing an access process to the IC memory 12; and the driver 12 calling the handler 14 for the IC memory according to an instruction from the application, and returns the effect that the instruction is received, to the application.
