<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the so-called cantilever type gate, preventing breakage of a locking claw of a locking means and a gear of a rotation support means even if a gate is driven by wind, and making a speed reducer for using a small-torque motor compact. <P>SOLUTION: Even if the force in the direction of opening and closing the gate is applied to the gates 133, 145, the gates 133, 145 are inhibited from being moved by gear devices 37a, 37b, 37c when the force more than fixed is not applied thereto. That is, the gates 133, 145 are made weighty against the force for opening and closing them, so that the gates are not opened or closed unexpectedly.
