<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing unit with an IC tag capable of reading out and writing in various information of a bearing while the bearing is built in and of preventing bearing combination error after disassembly. <P>SOLUTION: The bearing unit consists of bearing unit component parts such as the bearing 1, a housing 14 having the bearing built therein, a shaft 19, covers 3, 4, and a seal 10 of the housing. An IC tag 15 is attached to at least one of the bearing unit component parts, and an IC tag 16 is attached to the bearing 1 in this bearing unit. The IC tag 15 attached to the bearing unit component part is readable and writable, and the IC tag 16 attached to the bearing 1 is only readable. Information correlating the bearing 1 and the bearing unit component part on which the IC tag 15 is attached is stored in the readable and writable IC tag 15 attached to the bearing unit component part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
