PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regenerating used silicone rubber/silicone grease, in which a type of the used silicone rubber is the one used for silanol bonding type silicone rubber. SOLUTION: This method for regenerating the silicone oil/silicone grease from the used silicone rubbers comprises the steps of mixing a silicone rubber raw material, which is obtained by pulverizing the used silicone rubber, with a solvent and a catalyst in a reactor; heating the mixture it for a predetermined period of time while agitating it; changing it to an oil state by depolymerization reaction; adding hot water and neutralizing the catalyst, leaving it to stand for separation; removing the solvent by raising the temperature further, and obtaining the desired silicone rubber and silicone grease by vacuum distillation.
