PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner remote control system for allowing a general user to easily reset communications instead of an operator who purposely goes to a site for maintenance when a communication failure occurs between each air-conditioner and a central control device. SOLUTION: In the system, the central control device for central control of the plurality of air-conditioners (or a remote controller for each of the air-conditioners to be managed by the central control device) has a display part 1 for displaying information about a communication failure between any air-conditioner and itself on a communication failure display portion 1e and a communication resetting switch 2e for resetting the communications.
