PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepreg having flexibility not smaller than that of a conventional prepreg and capable of producing a flexible printed wiring board (FPC) having a stiffness higher than conventional stiffness and capable of obtaining high position accuracy of a through hole, etc., in a flex rigid printed circuit board obtained by using the flexible printed wiring board (FPC). SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the prepreg 1 obtained by impregnating an epoxy resin composition composed of an epoxy resin and an elastomer component into a woven fabric 2 or a nonwoven fabric 3 and drying the impregnated fabric. In the prepreg 1, the elastomer component is contained in an amount of 10-50 wt.% based on total amount of cured material 4 of the epoxy resin composition and the elongation rate of the cured material 4 at 20°C is≥20%.
