PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the light emitted from a light emitting molecule is transmitted through the inner wall of each of the holes of a chip for a conventional three-dimensional microarray and blur occurs in an optical image by the leaked light and accurate reaction data is not obtained. The number of molecules of the substance directly or indirectly labelled with the scattered biorelated substance is accurately detected to accurately acquire reaction data generated in a thickness direction.
