CHIP FOR MICROARRAY, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND ITS DETECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the light emitted from a light emitting molecule is transmitted through the inner wall of each of the holes of a chip for a conventional three-dimensional microarray and blur occurs in an optical image by the leaked light and accurate reaction data is not obtained. SOLUTION: The light radiated from the substance directly or indirectly labelled with a biorelated substance, wherein specific raction occurs with respect to a probe by forming a reflective film having high reflectivity to the inner walls of the pores provided to a chip substrate, is almost reflected from the inner walls of the respective pores without being transmitted through the inner walls of the respective pores to be radiated from the surface and rear of the chip substrate to obtain a light intensity profile not interfering with mutual reaction data (output brightness value). The number of molecules of the substance directly or indirectly labelled with the scattered biorelated substance is accurately detected to accurately acquire reaction data generated in a thickness direction.
