PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dew condensation preventing sheet capable of relaxing fastening force to be applied to a dew condensation preventing heat insulating material and capable of surely covering a cut part of the dew condensation preventing heat insulating material, and to provide a dew condensation preventing method using the same. SOLUTION: The dew condensation preventing sheet 1 having width dimension W longer than longitudinal direction L of the dew condensation preventing heat insulating material 30 is wrapped around the periphery of the dew condensation preventing heat insulating sheet, over the whole area of the cut part 31 of the dew condensation preventing heat insulating material 30.
