PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll type fluid machine capable of downsizing a compressor, reducing a manufacturing cost, and improving the durability of a driven crank mechanism, by improving a counter weight. SOLUTION: The counter weight 10 slewing with a moving scroll 54 and ensuring balance to the moving scroll, has a recessed portion 13 with a bottom opening to a boss portion 62. The boss portion is supported in the recessed portion through an eccentric bearing 64, and rotatably provided on a crank pin 68 disposed within a diameter range of the eccentric bearing.
