PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat lining tank (1) comprising a cylindrical can body (2) and a lining sheet (3) lined on an inner peripheral surface (2a) of the can body with an end (31) fixed to an end face (21) of the can body wherein a space (A) is formed between the lining sheet (3) and the inner peripheral surface (2a), a spacer ring (4) having a vent hole (41) communicating with the outside from the space (A) is mounted between the end face (21) of the can body and the end (31) of the lining sheet, and the spacer ring (4) is hardly degraded even when high-temperature hydrogen chloride aqueous solution (B) is stored inside for a long time. SOLUTION: In the sheet lining tank (1), the spacer ring (4) is formed of fluororesin filled with carbon material. Even when high-temperature hydrogen chloride aqueous solution is stored in the sheet lining tank (1), the solution can be stored without degrading the spacer ring (4) by hydrogen chloride gas of raw material or steam as byproduct.
