PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which can form images of a high quality while suppressing bleeding by reflecting a pixel density of near pixels, and to provide an image processing method and an image processing program. SOLUTION: According to the image forming apparatus 2, binarization is carried out by correcting an input density Iy of Y included in a target pixel 25 as an object of the binarization so that the probability that ink dots of Y are formed is decreased as an input density of K included in a target pixel near pixel 26 located near the target pixel 25 is larger. If the input density of K of the near pixel is large, an area where ink of K and ink of Y contact each other can be reduced, and seeping of ink dots formed by the ink of K into ink dots formed by the near ink of Y is suppressed.
