摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a crack dispersing type high toughness FRC material showing a tensile strain of 1% or above using a forcible kneading mixer of a ready-mixed concrete factory. SOLUTION: In manufacturing the cured body of the crack dispersing type high toughness FRC material showing a tensile strain of 1% or above in a tensile test (the age of a material of 28 days), which is an FRC material obtained by compounding PVA short fibers with a cementitious praparing material, by on-the-spot casting, the forcible kneading mixer is used as a kneader for compounding the PVA short fibers with the cementitious praparing material to produce primary kneaded matter. This primary kneaded matter is fed to a casting spot and charged in the mixer installed on the casting spot to be stirred and this stirred secondary kneaded matter is subjected to the on-the-spot casting.
