<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel mixer which is not equipped with a power source such as a pump in a flow passage to make a diluted fuel flow into the fuel mixer to adjust the diluted fuel supplied to a power generating cell in the fuel mixer in which mainly a carbon dioxide can be separated from the diluted fuel cell containing the carbon dioxide generated in the power generating cell and furthermore provide a fuel cell device which is not equipped with a device to separate a carbon dioxide anew, in the fuel cell device equipped with this fuel mixer. <P>SOLUTION: By providing the fuel mixer having a fuel mixing part to adjust the concentration of the diluted fuel by mixing the fuel to be diluted with water, and having a separating flow passage to separate a carbon dioxide from the diluted fuel discharged from a power generation cell to carry out power generation and to be connected to the fuel mixing part, vapor-liquid separation can be carried out for the carbon dioxide contained in the diluted fuel discharged from the power generation cell by utilizing the difference of densities of the carbon dioxide and the diluted fuel, and by utilizing gravity in the separation flow passage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
