<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein there is not a system for establishing a means for preparing a booklet of local information and attaching the booklet to a delivered baggage in a delivery system, and in a delivery method, there is only a method aiming at reduction of labor and a time accompanying with collection of the baggage and delivery of the baggage, and in delivery of the booklet posting much information, feeling of dislike is aroused to the booklet and a utilization ratio becomes low. <P>SOLUTION: The delivery system and the delivery method establish a booklet preparation means 5 and a delivery means 6 for the delivery system. Thereby, the booklet of the local information can be prepared and the booklet 7 can be attached to the delivered baggage. Further, it is also aimed at that the booklet of the local information is provided with delivery of the baggage by adding a step for preparing the booklet and a step for delivery to the delivery method.
