<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical joint fitting having a notch capable of being manufactured and easily installed. <P>SOLUTION: A horizontal member can be reduced in cut in the member by joining a column and a column with a metal fitting in stead of using a bolt passed through the horizontal member, and a piece of metal fitting without welding can be used.
