PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a client's view of a source file and secure software secrecy from a third party. SOLUTION: A software management server apparatus 20 sends a predetermined program to a client terminal device 10 via a network and manages the development environment of the predetermined program. The predetermined program has a function of extracting development environment information that is information on the development environment embedded in an executable module. If the development environment information is necessary, the development environment information is extracted. If the development environment information is unnecessary, the predetermined program is executed. A program translation part 2052 and an object link editing part 2053 generate the executable module of the predetermined program, a development environment information embedding part 2051 embeds the development environment information in the generated executable module, and an executable module sending part 2054 sends the executable module embedded with the development environment information.
