PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcasting receiver which can view and listen data through a communication server irrespective of a state of the communication server when the program is reproduced if the data broadcasting which are simultaneously viewed and listened at the same time of the video recording, are the data acquired from the communication server. SOLUTION: The digital broadcasting receiver comprises a means for receiving the digital broadcasting signal; a means for separating the receiving signal into a video signal and voice signal, and a data broadcasting content; a means for recording the data broadcasting content in a recording device; a means for taking in the data broadcasting content recorded in the external recording device; a means for taking in the broadcasting content through communication; and a means for indicating the data which are taken in by the broadcasting or the communication. The digital broadcasting receiver also comprises a means which records acquired communication data, a means for taking in the recorded communication data, and a means for recording relating information of the broadcasting program and the communication data.
