PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching matrix capable of making base band signals, having DC levels of other than 0V pass through and performing positive power source operations. SOLUTION: The switching matrix is constituted such that two field effect transistors 31<SB>1</SB>and 31<SB>2</SB>, 32<SB>1</SB>and 32<SB>2</SB>, 33<SB>1</SB>and 33<SB>2</SB>, and 34<SB>1</SB>and 34<SB>2</SB>, in which either the drain or the source is connected to a common terminal (not shown) and the other is connected to two switch terminals (not shown) are constituting elements for respective unipolar double-throw switches 91<SB>1</SB>, 91<SB>2</SB>, 92<SB>1</SB>, and 92<SB>2</SB>; input terminals 11 and 12 are connected to the common terminal of the unipolar double-throw switches 91<SB>1</SB>and 91<SB>2</SB>; output terminals 21 and 22 are connected to the common terminal of the unipolar double-throw switches 92<SB>1</SB>and 92<SB>2</SB>; transmission lines 51-54 transmit signals from the unipolar double-throw switches 91<SB>1</SB>and 91<SB>2</SB>to the unipolar double-throw switches 92<SB>1</SB>and 92<SB>2</SB>; and the two switch terminals, in each of the unipolar double-throw switches 91<SB>1</SB>and 91<SB>2</SB>, are connected by resistors 45 and 46, respectively.
