PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation switch device capable of inputting setting information desired by a user by a further simple operation. SOLUTION: This operation switch device comprises a movable hexagonal member 15 to be fitted to a hexagonal hole part 11b of a casing 11; a movable pentagonal member 15 to be fitted to a pentagonal hole 15a of the member 15, and a movable square member 13 to be fitted to a square hole 14a of the member 14 and an outer shape 12b of a triangular dent part 12a. The movable members 13, 14 and 15 are displaced to be flushed with the dent part 12a or to be flushed with an operation face 11a by displacement means 16, 17 and 18 to form an operation part 10.
