PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a user accidentally destroys a task environment, it takes time and labor to restore the task environment, and to restore the operation data of the user. SOLUTION: This portable information terminal equipment is provided with a backup device 6 for backing up a specific part designated by a manager in a user mode, and for backing up all data in a manager mode, an environment restoration device 8 for reading and restoring a backup file prepared by the manager when starting initialization and a user data restoration device 9 for restoring the backup file prepared by the user.
