PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which although large-scale facilities for network operation using a plurality of personal computers and large funds are inevitably prepared to solve low education efficiency of man-to-man education by personal computers because a teacher and students share one personal computer, it is hard to study for operation and maintenance and there are actually many elementary schools and junior high schools where introduced personal computers are not used. SOLUTION: Only one personal computer is needed. Then dedicated operation equipment (a set of a keyboard, a mouse, and a monitor called a dummy terminal) are prepared for the teacher and students respectively. The teacher and students are each able to exclusively operate a personal computer by the dummy terminal. Further, only one personal computer body is necessary, so a system can be structured at low cost without purchasing a plurality of personal computers and the teacher is not necessary to maintain the system and to study the operation.
