PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera having a simple mechanism and advantageous in costs, a shutter device and a mirror drive. SOLUTION: When a release button 4 is depressed, the tip part 218b of a sequence driving lever 218 is moved to the rear side, so that a mirror up lever 324 is clockwise turned by the energization force of a mirror up spring 331. At the time, a mirror driving end 324a pushes up a mirror driving pin 321b to lift up a main mirror 321. A shutter driving end 324b is abutted on a shutter driving boss 421 of a switching lever 420 to depress it upward and bring a shutter blade 460 downward. In reset operation, the tip part 218b moves to the front side to turn the mirror up lever 324 in the counterclockwise direction. Consequently the main mirror 321 is moved downward. Since the closing motion lever 420 is clockwise rotated by the energization force of a closing lever return spring 401, the shutter blade 460 is lifted up to close apertures 411, 491.
