PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential gearing capable of realizing high operating efficiency in a small constitution space and besides capable of being simply manufactured. SOLUTION: The differential gearing is provided with drive devices 38, 46, and 48; at least respective two intermediate members 10 and 12; and an output constitution part 14. The output constitution part 14 is supported at intermediate members 10 and 12 through slopes 21 and 22. First movement is executed in the same direction as those of the intermediate members by the drive devices, and second movement overlapped with the first movement is executed at speeds different from each other of the intermediate members by the drive devices.
