HIGH MOISTURE GAS TURBINE POWER GENERATION PLANT, CONTROL DEVICE, PROGRAM AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably operate a plant by supplying humidified air with stable moisture to a gas turbine. SOLUTION: This high moisture gas turbine plant is provided with a compressor for compressing air; a combustor for combusting air compressed by the compressor and fuel; a turbine driven by combustion gas generated by the combustor; and a humidification tower for spraying water to a filling material sealed inside a device and humidifying the air compressed by the compressor by gas-liquid contact on the surface of the filling material. The high moisture gas turbine plant is further provided with bypass piping for directly introducing part of the air compressed by the compressor to an outlet of the humidification tower, and the bypass piping is provided with a humidifying means using spraying.
