摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation structure largely reducing an effect on a superstructure absorbing the strength of an earthquake and complicated vibrations. SOLUTION: A circular steel-plate backing plate (b) is installed under a building structural material, and a piano-wire spring (e) brought into contact with the steel-plate backing plate (b) and the steel-plate backing plate (f) in a lower section at the central section of the cylinder of a rigid rubber (d) and a length-breadth elastic base material (d), in which six to eight gravity supporting round bars (c) are insert-molded to a periphery in an extent that the round bars (c) are not brought into contact with the steel-plate backing plates (b) and (f), are mounted on the steel-plate backing plate (b).
